The choice of the best dried fruit combined with the right chocolate to enhance its taste: almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios and mixed dried fruit can be accompanied with white, milk or dark chocolate. We then thought of other special combinations with dark chocolate only: lemon, orange and ginger.
