Shipping costs

Shipping charges, if provided, include the cost of packaging and postage. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders placed separately, and it will be applied to each of the shipping.
There are applied the following rates:
Italy
Payment by credit card / bank transfer: € 8.95 for orders less than the € 80
Payment by credit card / bank transfer: FREE for orders over € 80
Payment by cash on delivery: € 14.95 regardless of the amount of the order
Europe
Payment by credit card / bank transfer: the delivery costs vary from € 19 to € 25 with shipping "SDA Roaduerope" costs are currently € 39 with "SDA International Express"

Mode of delivery

Unfortunately carriers do not deliver on appointment or call in advance, so you should specify a place of delivery where there is always someone there during the whole of working hours, or you can collect in store at your local firm of our couriers . It 'just specify in your order.
Any costs of storage will be charged to us, but we reserve the right to ask for compensation at a later date.

When we ship

To ensure the quality of our products even after shipping, ship to exclusively from Monday to Thursday, in order to avoid inventory at the couriers. Normally we manage an order paid by credit card within 1 or 2 hours, in such a way as to ensure shipping in a very short time.
Orders received after 12:00 noon on Thursday until Sunday will be taken into production on Monday morning.
